Carbon fiber materials are widely used in aerospace, high-performance automotive and sports industries because of their high strength and low weight characteristics. This material has become particularly popular in the past decade as the preferred material for bicycles, high-performance kayaks, oars, racing cars and rockets.
We are innovating non-metallic solutions to meet the global demand for energy and materials. Carbon fiber reinforced products are such a solution: they are light, durable, corrosion-resistant and high temperature resistant. We are developing new technologies that are expected to help reduce the cost of carbon fiber or carbon fiber products and expand the vision of new applications.
The carbon fiber product project we implemented:
1. Automobile industry: tail wing / exhaust pipe / spoiler / battery box / rearview mirror.
2. Water sports: paddle / hydrofoil.
3. Military: UAV / battery shell / warship radar support.
4. Leisure sports: baseball bat / fishing rod / bicycle.
5. Musical instrument: Guitar / ukri.
6. Industry: light automatic manipulator.
7. Assembly: assemble with adhesives, bolts and rivets.
8. Finishing: painting, marking and polishing.
9. Quality control: Measurement and accurate visual inspection.
10. Logistics: packaging and transportation.
