Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Province, China) announced on September 8 that its 10000 ton carbon fiber manufacturing plant in Xining has been put into operation. According to the introduction of China building materials, the parent company of Zhongfu Shenying, the production line is designed to produce 10000 tons of "high-performance" carbon fiber annually, while maintaining high-end, independent and controllable complete sets of technology, intelligence and property rights.
